Welcome to the Randonneurs Belarus Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy outlines how we handle your information.

1. Information Collection

We collect the minimum amount of information necessary. Personal data we may collect during event registration includes:

  • First and last name (in both national format and Latin alphabet for international protocols).
  • Contact information, including email address and mobile phone number for emergency contact on the route.
  • Club membership information (ACP Code), if applicable.

We do not collect financial information directly. All payments (if any) are processed through secure third-party gateways.

2. Use of Information

We use the information you provide exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Registering you as a participant in qualifying rides (brevets).
  • Publishing results publicly on our website (first name, last name, completion time).
  • Communicating with you regarding schedule changes, safety warnings, or event cancellations.
  • Transmitting results to France for international homologation by Audax Club Parisien.

3. Third-Party Sharing

Your name, surname, gender, club affiliation, and result (elapsed time) are transmitted to Audax Club Parisien (ACP) in France for the homologation procedure of your results. This is a mandatory condition for participating in official brevets.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to any commercial organizations for marketing or promotional purposes. Only the organizers of a specific event have access to contact details.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We store data on secure servers with restricted access. Archival ride results are kept indefinitely as part of the club's sporting history.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (however, deleting data from protocols may make it impossible to confirm your sporting results and obtain qualifications).

If you have any questions regarding our privacy policy, please contact the organizers.
