Last updated: May 20, 2026

By using this site and participating in cycling marathons (brevets) organized under the auspices of Randonneurs Belarus, you fully and unconditionally agree to the following terms.

1. General Provisions

Randonneurs Belarus is a voluntary association of long-distance cycling enthusiasts. We provide an information platform for ride registration and result publication. We are not a commercial travel agency and do not provide paid tour organization services.

2. Personal Responsibility (Self-Sufficiency)

The randonneuring movement is based on principles of complete self-sufficiency. By participating in a brevet, you understand and agree that:

  • Every participant is on an individual ride.
  • Organizers bear no responsibility for possible accidents, injuries, bicycle breakdowns, loss of property, or other damages sustained during the event.
  • You are obliged to independently assess your physical capabilities, health condition, and the suitability of your equipment.
  • Support vehicles on the course are prohibited by ACP rules. Assistance is only allowed at official control points.

3. Traffic Rules Compliance

During the ride, roads are not closed to traffic. All participants must strictly obey the Traffic Rules of the Republic of Belarus. A participant may be disqualified for traffic violations. The use of lighting equipment (front white light and rear red blinker) in the dark and during low visibility is strictly mandatory.

4. Route Changes and Event Cancellation

Organizers reserve the right to modify the route, reschedule dates, or cancel brevets in case of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, state authority directives, etc.). In the event of changes, we commit to notifying participants in a timely manner via the website and official communication channels.

5. Intellectual Property

Materials published on the site (texts, routes, logos, rules) are the intellectual property of their authors. Copying and using site materials is permitted only with source attribution and an active link to Randonneurs Belarus.
